FAQ's
Q) How do I get my 5% Blue Light Card discount?
A) Add in the comments box when booking that you are a BLC holder. Once you have booked, simply send us a photo of your Blue Light Card (or a screen shot from the BLC app), we will then apply the 5% to your booking, this will show on your invoice which will be sent 4 weeks prior to your stay.
If your booking is less than 4 weeks away your invoice will be sent usually within 24hrs.
Q) I can prove I'm Serving, why do I need to be a Blue Light Card holder?
A) It is very difficult for us to 'police' (excuse the pun) people claiming to be eligible for Emergency Services and Armed Forces discounts. Due to sheer number of bookings we receive, we have teamed up with Blue Light Card who do the checking for us.
Q) Who is eligible for a discount?
A) All Blue Light Card holders* are eligible for 5% discount.
*Lead guest must be a Blue Light Card holder. Lead guest must make the booking and partake in the holiday itself.
