Please note this is not an exact copy of our property, our decking areas at Tattershall Lakes are much bigger and runs the full length of the property, the private hot tub is set in the decking (sunken) so it's easy to access from the mini lodge. The sofa in the living area is a pull out sofa bed.
Gibson Close is situated in a peaceful and tranquil part of Tattershall Lakes Country Park, with a large grass area directly behind its perfect for families who want a safe area for children and pets to play whilst remaining in sight. Gibson Close boasts beautiful lake views, only a 5 min walk to the Merlin Centre where the bars, restaurants, pools and amenities are located.

A bright and well equipped open plan kitchen finished in grey and natural wood, complete with 5 burner gas hob, oven, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and even a dishwasher (lets face it, nobody likes washing up on holiday!).
The Master Bedroom is complete with kingsize bed, dressing table and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The twin bedroom has two full size single beds, conveniently positioned adjacent to the family bathroom which is complete with shower, sink and toilet.
The double sofa bed in the living room is a space saving yet comfortable place to sleep, offering a maximum occupancy of 6 plus an infant in a travel cot (travel cot provided).
All bedding is provided (besides travel cot bedding), all beds will be made up ready for guests on arrival.
Towels are not provided.
For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.
Outside there is a patio table set, rattan furniture and a round hot tub that seats 5 people. The hot tub is maintained daily by our spa professional. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled and balanced with spa chemicals after every stay.
We are pet friendly and allow two small/medium sized dog to stay with our guests (as long as they are well behaved). We ask that pets are not left unattended in the mini lodge at any time, pets are not allowed on the furniture and not allowed into the bedrooms. There is a £5 per night surcharge for pets staying with our guests, this covers the cost of a professional carpet clean after your stay. (Large breeds are considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us before booking to discuss your pets suitability)
Our mini lodge will be cleaned to a very high standard for your arrival, we ask guests to leave it in a similar condition on check out. We provide cleaning products and items to enable our guests to keep the mini lodge clean and safe for everyone during your stay. We ask that guests respect our holiday home and our possessions that we leave for you to use during your stay.
Our mini lodge is family friendly accommodation, we do not allow smoking or vaping indoors.
