GUEST PASSES (Also referred to as Entertainment Passes)
Away Resorts Guest Passes
If you require Guest Passes to access the Merlin Complex at Tattershall Lakes please read the following information:
Guest Passes can now be purchased prior to arrival, in a digital format, these will be emailed to you in a QR format which can be printed at home or stored on your phone on entry to the Merlin Complex.
All Guest Passes need to be purchased by private owners on behalf of their guests.(please note: We as private owners do not make any money from Guest Passes; we simply facilitate the purchase on your behalf (if required)).
If digital Guest Passes are required, owners will purchase these passes online via their owner account (at the expense of their private guests).
Passes once purchased will be issued in the format of a digital QR code that will be scanned on the entrance of the Merlin Complex and it will give access for the dates of the holiday only + for the chosen number of guests.

THE BOOKING PROCESS FOR GUEST PASSES FOR PRIVATE GUESTS
Our guests will receive this document with their holiday documents 4 weeks prior to their stay (including: Holiday Invoice, T&C’s, Hot Tub rules, Guest Booking Form, Guest Passes Process Flow Chart and a Park Map).
Guests should consider carefully if they will use the facilities on offer at the Merlin Complex and weigh up if they think the cost of the Guest Passes will offer them good value for money. It may well be more financially viable for guests to use local restaurants and local facilities instead (lots of local activities, bars and restaurants locally listed here www.thingstodoneartattershall.co.uk)
However if you wish to purchase Guest Passes these give you access to the following facilities within the Merlin Complex:

· Beach (lakeside artificially made beach)
· The Big Top (circus style tent for hosting entertainment)
· Indoor Swimming Pool
· High Ropes Course*
· Adventure Golf*
· Fitness suite*
· Sports Court
· Adventure Playground
· Arcade
· Aqua PLAY Splashzone
• Paddleboarding*
• Inflatable water park*
*Costs extra
You’ll still need passes before you can gain access to Away Resorts bars and restaurants on site such as The Giggling Goose Bar, Bar 49, Spitfire Bar and the Propeller Bar.
