How many mini lodges do you have available?
How many does each mini lodge accommodate?
All our mini lodges are 6 berth, they can sleep 6 (plus an infant in a travel cot).
Do they all have hot tubs?
Yes, they all have private hot tubs which are maintained daily by fully qualified BISHTA operatives.
How often are the hot tubs cleaned?
All our hot tubs are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Hot tubs are fully drained and cleaned thoroughly after each lot of guests. Hot tubs are then refilled with fresh water, re-balanced with spa chemicals (to ensure the correct levels of chlorine and also to ensure that the water is balanced to the correct Ph levels). Each hot tub will be heated to 38 degrees ready for your arrival.
The water is also tested daily by our hot tub maintenance provider to ensure the chemicals remain at the correct levels, allowing you and your guests to enjoy our hot tubs worry free. All you have to do is remember to bring swimwear and towels!

Where is my dog allowed on park?
Once you are on park, you will see signage that guides where you can and can not go with your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the adventure playground, sports court, beach or Lakeside Lido.
What restaurants can I take my do to?
Dogs are allowed in the lower area and outside area of the Spitfire Bar.

How much is the deposit to secure a booking?
Each booking must pay a £100 deposit, this acts as your damage bond and is refunded after your stay (if no damages or excessive cleaning required). The damage bond is separate to the holiday amount (see example below).
When is my holiday due to be paid?
Holidays are due to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the stay itself, we will contact you via email with your holiday documents which will also include your invoice. Please pay on receipt of your invoice.
Guest gets in touch and would like to book 25th-28th June 21, cost is £525.
£100 damage bond is paid by guest to secure the holiday.
4 weeks prior to the holiday we email guest with holiday documents and invoice.
Guest pays £525 on receipt of invoice.
Guest leaves mini lodge clean and tidy with no damages.
£100 damage bond is refunded to guest 48-72 hrs after their holiday.
Are guest passes (aka entertainment passes) included in the price?
No, guest passes are not included with our holidays although they can be purchased separately if required.

How do I book guest passes?
You will be emailed an entertainment passes booking form and flow chart when you are sent your holiday documents 4 weeks prior to your holiday, if you require entertainment passes you will need to complete the form and return it along with making payment for the correct amount for the passes. We will then purchase the passes on your behalf.
How will I get my guest passes?
Guess passes will be emailed to you directly from Away Resorts once we have purchased them for you (once we have received payment and your entertainment booking form).
Do you charge extra for highchairs and travel cots?
Absolutely not, each of our mini lodges has a travel cot and a highchair available if you require them, free of charge. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided as most parents wish to provide their own.
Is bedding provided or do we need to bring our own?
All bedding is provided (besides the travel cot bedding as mentioned above). Beds will be made up on your arrival for you (the pull out double sofa will not be made up but the bedding is provided should you need to use it).
Do you provide towels?
Bath/shower towels are not provided, you will need to bring these yourself and you may need separate towels to use after the hot tub too. We do provide fresh tea towels and hand towels for each stay though.
What else is provided?
All our kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (nespresso), pots, pans, plates, cutlery and crockery. We also provide tea, coffee and sugar too.
Is there WiFi available?
WiFi is available at the park but it is provided by a third party, full details on the Away Resorts FAQ link here
Besides food, clothes and toiletries what else should I bring?
Unlike air travel, you can bring as much as you like with you! Although our mini lodges are very well equipped to a high specification, but if you just cant live without your bread maker for the weekend feel free to bring it along!
Our top tips for home comforts are as follows:
Kitchen Roll, condiments (tomato ketchup, salad cream etc), salt, pepper, cooking oil, foil, spare toilet rolls.
There are local shops available but we know most people will have these items listed above at home not being used when they are away so why not bring them along and use them.
We also recommend bringing some flip-flops/sliders for when you are heading too/from the hot tub. If you have the cotton ropes (the ones you see at day spa's) bring those too, much easier to put on after going in the hot tub. If you don't have a cotton robe then bring big beach towels for after the hot tub.
Do you offer discounts?
We are incredibly competitively priced for the standard of accommodation we offer, so we do not offer discounts as standard. However, we do offer discounts to Armed Forces Personnel and Emergency Services Personnel who are Blue Light Card members, please see link below for more details:
In line with government advice, you are required to capture the information of everyone that will be visiting park including private sublets. This is to aid the government Test & Trace service, and for your own safety.

When can I book activities?
You can book activities from 14 days prior to your stay, although it is advisable to check for availability being released up to 21 days prior to your stay.

Please be aware, whilst facilities are open at reduced capacity due to government restrictions, bookable sessions will subsequently operate on a limited capacity to comply with social distancing measures and therefore, availability is not guaranteed. Please note that we as accommodation providers are not responsible for any third party facilities at Tattershall Lakes (including Away Resorts owned facilities).

The nearest station is Metheringham. From here you just need to jump on a number 5 bus to Boston which stops in Tattershall town, about 10 minutes walk from the park or a short taxi/Uber ride if you prefer.
